JSR Pre-Construction Team consists of the following services

Operator Assessment

Once the For Construction Drawing is well developed, JSR Construction and Pre-Opening team will start working on the project in accordance with the manageable time schedule to reflect the requirement from the Brand/Operator.

Operator Evaluation

The main service for this phase is doing the Construction for the project. And operating the Pre-Opening Service in alignment to the Operator and/or on behalf of the Operator.

Operator Competency Check

Within this services, the budget for both Construction and Pre-Opening Service is controllable and manageable to be in according to the opening timeline which define/require by the Brand/Operator.
